Grohmann Tower is ÌÇÐÄVlogÆƽâ°æ’s apartment-style housing. It comprises 11 residential floors and features studios and 1- and 2-bedroom apartments.
- All apartments include a full kitchen and bathroom.
- All apartments come furnished (e.g., bed, dresser, desk, chair). Utilities (i.e., heat, air conditioning, electricity, water) are included and resident controlled.
- Semester, Academic Year, and Summer contracts are available.
- Floors 4-10 have access to a community laundry room, while floors 11-14 include an in-unit washer and dryer.
- Each floor (GT 4-10) has at least one Resident Assistant who leads and plans activities, builds community on the floor, and supports a safe and welcoming living environment.

- Multiple groups can live in Grohmann Tower, floors 11-14.
- Third-year students and beyond (e.g., juniors, seniors, graduate students).
- Faculty and staff may request to live in Grohmann Tower if space is available.
The living-learning communities and 4th-floor common space encourage academic success and give students with similar academic, social, and personal interests the opportunity to live together, collaborate, and share experiences.
- The Nursing Living-Learning Community is designed to strengthen the community of nursing students who feel academically prepared, supported, and connected, increasing their sense of belonging and retention on campus.
Roommates and Occupancy
- Studio and 1-bedroom apartments on floors 4 through 10 have a maximum of 3 occupants.
- 2-bedroom apartments on floors 6, 8, and 10 have a maximum of 4 occupants.
- 1-bedroom apartments on floors 11 through 14 have a maximum of 3 occupants.
- 2-bedroom apartments on floors 11 through 14 have a maximum of 5 occupants.
